Job Role
We are looking for a kind and compassionate individual who wants to enhance the lives of others and offer quality care and support and to join our already-established care team. Previous experience would be of an advantage.
Responsibilities will include
- Personal care
- Assistance with meals and fluids
- Transferring residents as per care plan
- Accurate record keeping
- Offering comfort, stimulation and support, whilst maintaining residents’ privacy and dignity
About You
What matters most is your genuine care, enthusiasm, and ability to bring positive energy to our residents' lives. Our ideal candidate must:
- Have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Have a positive attitude to both supporting and nurturing residents and staff.
- Be responsive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities.
