Built as apartment complexes to create a sense of community, people have their own flat, a private front door and the freedom to live independently. Individuals can be reassured that help is close by if they need it. Support is tailored to individual needs and can include planned care, help in an emergency, or wellbeing checks. All Saints View sits at the centre of Houghton Regis, surrounded by shops, cafes and everything the town has to offer. It also includes a fitness studio, hairdresser, sensory gardens, communal rooms and a rooftop residents' lounge with views of All Saints Parish Church. All Saints View is a modern, inclusive, and welcoming community offering a wide range of activities and social groups for residents to enjoy. Additional facilities include a games room, cinema room, comfortable communal lounges, an accessible bathroom and treatment rooms. Working in partnership with Central Bedfordshire Council, who manage the accommodation, Care is Central provides on-site care and support 24 hours a day.
